Just wanted to give everyone a reminder that we begin our new children’s program, TeamKID (Kids in Discipleship), tonight in the sanctuary at 5:45 pm. This program has times for Bible study, Scripture memory, Missions emphasis, Music, & Recreation. We will have a lot of fun as we start off the night with an opening ceremony in the sanctuary as we sing, say the pledges to the flags and the Bible, and watch our missions video. Parents are welcome to join us for this to see the new program and how much fun and learning your child will be having throughout the coming months.

The Oxford Malco Studio Theater is once again doing their children’s summer movie program every Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM starting next Wednesday, June 2nd. For all those who are interested, we will be taking the van up each week for the movie. The cost for these events is $2/ticket plus the cost of the snacks. We will leave from the church at 9:15 am each week. The movie schedule will be as follows:
Wed. June 2 – Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
Wed. June 9 – Shrek the Third
Wed. June 16 – Monsters v. Aliens
Wed. June 30 – Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel
Wed. July 7 – Kung Fu Panda
Wed. July 14 – Night at the Museum: Battle for the Smithsonian
Wed. July 21 – Aliens in the Attic
Wed. July 28 – Charlotte’s Web
You will notice that the movie for June 23 was not listed. This is because we will not be going to the summer movie program that day. Rather, we will be taking the kids that afternoon to the newly released Toy Story 3. Check back for more info for the showtime and cost of this particular event as we get closer to the date.
